workmen's compensation insurance provides coverage to you as an employer against their liability under the workmen’s compensation ordinance and common law in respect of death or bodily injury or illness to the insured employees arising out of and in the course of their employment with the insured.

This policy will pay all legal cost and expenses incurred with the insurer’s consent up to the limit of indemnity of the policy.
